Most orders are delivered in 3 working days or less (Usually 2 working days). You will be notified if there are any exceptional circumstances that prevent us from delivery to you within 3 working days. Please note: We only deliver to within the United Kingdom.

To return an item: Please use our Contact Form and we will then validate your returns request and arrange collection. Please Note: Any returns sent to us without prior arrangement will be rejected. Returns are handled in accordance with clause 3 below.
General Terms of Use
Access to and use of this site ('Gallant.co.uk') is provided by Gallant Limited & Gallent Limited subject to the following terms:
1. By using Gallant.co.uk you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect when you enter Gallant.co.uk. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please exit the site now.
2. Gallant Limited or Gallent Limited may change these terms at any time and the updated information will be displayed on this page. Your continued use of Gallant.co.uk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. All purchases through this website will be sold and billed by Gallent Limited and not their associate company Gallant Limited.
Returns Policy
3.1 Except for Special Order Products, which are expressly excluded from the terms of this Clause and cannot be returned under any circumstances, if Gallent Limited agrees to accept the return of any Products (other than for the purpose set out in Clause 10 below) the Customer shall not send the same to Gallent Limited unless they have first contacted us using our Contact Form. The authorised return should be sent with a sales invoice and are sent in their original packaging.
3.2 The Customer shall notify Gallent Limited within 5 working days of any delivery discrepancies or Product damages, other than for the purposes set out in Clause 10. If Gallent Limited issues a returns number (RMA), Products must be returned to Gallent Limited within 5 working days of the date thereof. Gallent Limited reserves the right to refuse return of damaged Products should the manufacturer’s seal be broken or compromised and charge the Customer return freight.
3.3 Gallent Limited shall accept no liability for any damage to or loss in transit of Products returned to Gallent Limited whether under this Clause or under Clause 10 below.
Use of Gallant.co.uk
4. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Gallant.co.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any use of Gallant.co.uk content requires the prior written permission of Gallant Limited.
You agree to use Gallant.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Gallant.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content through the posting of information or through our Contact page or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Gallant.co.uk.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5. Gallant.co.uk content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Gallant Limited or another Gallant company, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
6. Under no circumstances will Gallant Limited, Gallent Limited and/or any other Gallant/Gallent business be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Gallant.co.uk regardless of the form of action.
7. Gallant Limited does not warrant that functions contained in Gallant.co.uk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Gallant.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Intellectual Property
8. The names, images and logos identifying Gallant Limited or any other Gallent company e.g. Gallent Limited and/or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Gallant Limited, other Gallent companies and/or third parties.
Risk of Title
9.1 Risk of damage to or loss of Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery or if the Customer unjustifiably fails to take delivery of Products the time when Gallent Limited has tendered delivery of the Products.
9.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk of the Products or any other provisions of these Conditions, title to the Products shall not pass to the Customer until Gallent Limited has received in cleared funds payment in full of the Products
9.3 Until such time as title to the Products passes to the Customer the Customer shall:-
9.3.1 hold the Products as Gallent Limited's fiduciary agent and bailee; and
9.3.2 keep the Products separate to those of any third parties; and
9.3.3 keep the Products properly stored protected and insured, and identified as Gallent Limited's property; and
9.3.4 accept that Products may be labelled as being Gallent Limited's property until Gallent Limited is paid.9.4 Until such time as the title in the Products passes to the Customer (and provided the Products are still in existence and have not been resold) Gallent Limited shall be entitled at any time to require the Customer to deliver up the Products to Gallent Limited and if the Customer fails to do so forthwith to enter upon any premises of the Customer or any third party where the Products are stored and repossess the Products.
9.5 The Customer's right to possession of the Products shall terminate immediately if:-
9.5.1 the Customer has a bankruptcy order made against him or makes an arrangement or composition with his creditors, or otherwise takes the benefit of any Act for the time being in force for the relief of insolvent debtors, or (being a body corporate) convenes a meeting of creditors (whether formal or informal), or enters into liquidation (whether voluntary or compulsory) except a solvent voluntary liquidation for the purpose only of reconstruction or amalgamation, or has a receiver and/or manager, administrator or administrative receiver appointed of its undertaking or any part thereof, or a resolution is passed or a petition presented to any court for the winding up of the Customer or for the granting of an administration order in respect of the Customer, or any proceedings are commenced relating to the insolvency or possible insolvency of the Customer; or
9.5.2 the Customer suffers or allows any execution, whether legal or equitable, to be levied on his/its property or obtained against him/it, or fails to observe/perform any of his/its obligations under the Contract or any other contract between Gallent Limited and the Customer or is unable to pay its debts within the meaning of Section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 or the Customer ceases to trade; or
9.5.3 the Customer encumbers or in any way charges any of the Products.
Warranties and Liability
10.1 Gallent Limited does not manufacture the Products (or where the Products comprise computer software does not publish or license the software) and subject to the conditions set out below in this Clause Gallent Limited only sells the Products with the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are offered from the manufacturer to the end user.
10.2
10.2.1 Gallent Limited will accept liability for defective Products only to the extent that Gallent Limited is entitled to make a claim under our supplier's manufacturer Dead on Arrival (DOA), warranty or other defective goods terms and actually obtains from the manufacturer a refund credit repair or replacement in respect of the defective Products. Processing of these defective Products shall be made according to the manufacturer's procedure and the instructions set out in Clause 10.4 below. Gallent Limited cannot and shall have no obligation to accept a return of and/or grant a credit for products not compliant with the manufacturer's procedures.
10.2.2 Gallent Limited shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear wilful damage negligence abnormal working conditions failure to follow Gallent Limited's or the suppliers, manufacturer's or publisher's instructions (whether oral or in writing) misuse or alteration or repair of the Products without Gallent Limited's approval.
10.2.3 Gallent Limited shall be under no liability under the above warranty if the total price of the Products has not been paid.10.3 All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by common law or statute, or otherwise in connection with the sale or supply of goods or goods or services (save, in the case of goods, as to title) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.4 Any claim by the Customer which is based on a defect in the quality or condition of the Products shall be notified to Gallent Limited's Customer Services Department using the 'Contact Form' from our Contact page. Upon notification of any such claim by the Customer Gallent Limited shall either notify the Customer whether the policy of the supplier/manufacturer of the Products is to deal with the Customer direct (in which case the Customer shall deal with the manufacturer direct provided Gallent Limited gives sufficient details to enable the Customer so to do) or shall provide the Customer with an RMA number (in which case the Customer shall return the Products to Gallent Limited or their supplier in their original UNMARKED packaging together with details of the RMA number and the Customer's name and address). If Gallent Limited issues an RMA number to the Customer Gallent Limited shall not send any replacement Products to the Customer until after the original Product has been returned to Gallent Limited. This Clause 10.4 shall only apply to Products the Customer is entitled to return to Gallent Limited as provided in these Conditions.
10.5 Gallent Limited shall not be liable to the Customer for any economic or financial loss or damage or additional expenses incurred or the cost of time spent or any consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (including without limit loss of or damage to data) incurred or suffered by the Customer and in every case howsoever caused or arising (and whether caused by the negligence of Gallent Limited its employees or agents or otherwise).
10.6 Gallent Limited shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of any Contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Gallent Limited's obligation in relation to the Products or Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Gallent Limited's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Gallent Limited's reasonable control:-
10.6.1 Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
10.6.2 Act of terrorism, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
10.6.3 Acts restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or parliamentary or local authority;
10.6.4 Import or export regulations or embargoes;
10.6.5 Strikes lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Gallent Limited or a third party);
10.6.6 Difficulties of Gallent Limited's supplier in obtaining raw materials labour fuel parts or machinery.
Other Terms
11. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Gallant.co.uk (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) e.g. through writing a review or through a forum, you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Gallant Limited a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in Gallant Limited's Privacy Policy page . If you do not want to grant to Gallant Limited the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to Gallant.co.uk.
12. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
13. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
